Licensor noted child to have a food allergy listing a specific tree nut. In reviewing the child's Allergy care plan licensor noted one form to state that the child had a possible allergy to all tree nuts, while some documentation only list the specific nut (pistachio). Licensor noted allergy plan documentation to be incomplete. Child started care recently and enrollment forms in the chid's file were dated as 6/20/2023 for when completed by enrolling parent.
